Position summary :

We are looking for an IT Project Co-ordinator to join our team.

Experience- 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for clients, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and support staff, to plan and execute project deliverables on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing status updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT project coordinator or similar role, with a focus on implementing SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technologies, such as cloud computing, CRM systems, collaboration tools, etc.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain project plans, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira, etc.
